Jessica Ridgeway Christmas Crusade – 2013

Jessica Ridgeway Christmas Crusade 2013 FlyerJoin us on December 15th, 2013 at the Jessica Ridgeway Christmas Crusade Party!! There is no fee to attend, you only need to bring a new, unwrapped toy with you!

Santa and Mrs. Claus will stop by to lend an ear, help collect gifts and pose for pictures around 4 PM! Santa’s going to be busy on December 6th and 7th starring in the 9News Parade of Lights, so our party is on the following weekend.

There will be fun Christmas activities for the kids to do while they wait to see Santa.

Pictures with Santa courtesy of Steve Hostetler Photography will be available on his website in high resolution after the party. You’ll be able to download the pictures at no cost!

The Lassy Project™ team will be available for parents to ask questions and see live demos of how the app works.

Snacks and drinks will be provided.

So mark your calendars – December 15th from 3-5 PM at the West View Rec Center in Westminster, CO! We look forward to seeing you there!!

**All gifts go to benefit the children nominated by the KYGO Christmas Crusade Police Officers**

The Christmas Crusade is a program designed to enable city and state police and sheriff’s department personnel to bring the joy of Christmas morning to underprivileged children.

Call 303-322-KIDS (5437) Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM between November 25, 2013 and December 13, 2013. December 15th is the deadline for sponsoring a specific child, but you can still make general donations after that date. The officer who answers can identify a child who is in need and give you ideas of what the child needs or wants.

A few words from our sponsors:

Jessica Ridgeway’s Legacy
In honor of the late Jessica Ridgeway our family started a foundation named Jessia Ridgeway’s Legacy, which supports animal and youth initiatives in her memory.

The Broomfield Community Foundation accepts the donations for Jessica Ridgeway’s Legacy through the Jessica Ridgeway Legacy Fund. Members of Jessica’s family help decide where funds will go. To donate, visit http://broomfieldfoundation.org/donate-now and select the Jessica Ridgeway Legacy Fund from the drop-down menu. For more information, call 303-469-7208. KYGO Christmas Crusade for Children
The KYGO Christmas Crusade for Children toy drive is to help brighten the spirits of children who would otherwise not receive a gift on Christmas morning, and to present police officers as positive figures in their lives. It is community policing at its best, delivering a message of heartfelt caring and concern for children. The Christmas Crusade for Children is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Federal Tax ID# 84-1127073.
